House of Spice restaurant in Blackpool’s favourite eating street, Topping Street, offers fresh, authentic Northern Indian cuisine in contemporary surroundings. The interior has dark leather banquettes, exposed brick, tiled floors, and dark wood tables and seating, and subcontinental artifacts adorning the walls. Fab Bollywood tracks entertain you on the plasma screen a bit of a gas. The cooking is North Indian and Punjabi based with an excellent selection of both meat and vegetarian dishes with no artifical colourings or additives whatsoever. Not feeling spicy? There are British favourites on offer too. A full bar and well chosen wine list complement the whole experience. Great curries, families welcome, good value and parking nearby.
