We love this classic European bistro located inside the luxe Hotel Du Vin in Cheltenham's fashionable Montpellier district. With a chic, boutique ambience, the restaurant – centred around a showpiece spiral staircase - is always buzzing with a cosmopolitan crowd. The bistro has extensive al fresco dining areas, and the modern French-led menu created by acclaimed Head Chef Michael Wilson, is complimented by a phenomenal and eclectic wine list. Signature dishes include the seared Coln Valley smoked salmon with pickled cucumber and horseradish cream, and the venison with red cabbage, fondant potatoes and piquant sauce. The Hotel Du Vin also boasts both a Champagne and Grape & Grain Bar for stylish pre-dinner drinks.
