About Hostellerie Bourguignonne
In France, there are certain places that are known for their cuisine. For many generations, the inns of Burgundy have been one such example, due to their warmth and elegance, representative of the regions of Bresse and Burgundy. Serving carp, perch, tench, eel and pike, the inns of Burgundy are the perfect place to try the pôchouse Verdun: river fish stew, garlic and white wine. Didier Denis combines two different aspects: on the one hand, the fruits of the earth and tradition, and on the other, lighter meals, an emphasis on taste, and produce that is fit for a king.
