For 40 years Henderson's has been at the forefront of healthy eating in Scotland's capital city. More than a dozen freshly made salads created using a selection of crisp leaves, shoots, roots, vegetables, pulses, grains and fruits are constantly available, while tantalising aromas of hot vegetables crumbles, croquettes, curries and lasagnes carry the senses to far away lands.
