Hadrian’s Brasserie in Edinburgh is a stylish, informal brasserie within an opulent city landmark, The Balmoral Hotel, a five-star temple of luxury. Hadrian's brasserie good food,staff where charming and our 6 yr old loved the food and the attention he was paid.We started with the seafood sharing platter for 2which was excellent,fresh flavours and delicious dipping sauces,our son had the melon and strawberry kebab which he devoured in minutes followed by pasta.Next i had the pork whilst my husband had the lamb cutlets both excellent dishes although the poached pear did not sit well with my pork, bit pricey on drinks, no house wine

We had a very enjoyable evening at Hadrian's Brasserie. The food was delicious and the service was excellent (friendly and attentive, but not over bearing). The restaurant was quite empty but it was a Tuesday and the ambience was still good. 6 of us dined and everyone had a thoroughly good evening.Visitors
