boy am I glad I booked this restaurant. The food is amazing it is based more on presetation but you get an additional starter that you dont order it just comes and the most amazing bread basket which gets replenished about 3 times with an assortment of fresh made bread with various flavours. Service was outstanding not pushy just professional would definitely go there again if in Rome.

I booked a table at Glass Hostaria in Rome for my boyfriends 30th birthday. The restaurant looked fantastic and the service was great. We got a free glass of champagne on arrival and the wine list was endless. Very good place for a special occasion in a lovely area of Rome. Only downside was the menu, as I can be a little picky and a felt I would only enjoy a couple of dishes. The beef fillet was excellent though and worth the money.

We went there because it was my fiancé birthday and it was another way to see another part of Rome, which is famous for it, numerous restaurants! It was a really buzzing area and the restaurant is ultra modern looking. On arrival we had complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrant the birthday, we also had the chef come out to say happy birthday! The tasting menu we chose was excellent in particular the scallops and was extremely full by the end of it!

Very disappointing. Menu looked lovely but when the food arrived it didn't taste anywhere near as good as it sounded. Nice interior and good service but wouldn't recommend

A stylish, relaxed restaurant which is perfect for a quite night out. Food was traditional and it hosted a brilliant wine list! Anyone who enjoys Italian food would enjoy this restaurant.

Glass Hostaria: My kind of restaurant, the waiter recommended a good, reasonably priced bottle of wine, but there is a very large selection of mainly French and Italian if you want to spend a bit more. The taster menu is fantastic; a rollercoaster for the palette. The menu was only let down slightly by the Mushroom Rissotto, which was a disappointing contrast to the other six dishes. Still well worth every penny though, I would definitely go back!

We received a warm welcome at Glass Hostaria. Our complimentary champagne and amuse bouche arrived swiftly. Eight varieties of excellent bread was served and replenished throughout the evening. The menu was varied and interesting - we were spoilt for choice. Our food was well presented and delicious, and the huge wine list represented good value. The staff were attentive and friendly; the chef/owner came to check at the end of the night whether we had enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended.

The Glass Hostaria is a funky restaurant in a trendy area. The service and atmosphere were excellent, but the food was disappointing. It was certainly experimental and different, but on the whole not tasty. I did not enjoy the salt cod, beef cheeks or monkfish, but the appetizer and desert were nice. Our bubbly arrived without any reminder and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the unpleasant taste left in my mouth, I still enjoyed the experience.

Very nice restaurant. Superb food and incredible Wine 'Book'. Was a little sceptical first of all as it's a modern restaurant in a buzzing little area filled with your more traditional trattorias. However, thoroughly enjoyed my night. I recommend the tasting menu and the scallops and bacon.
