About Gigalum
Neither punter nor investor can fail with a location like this 100 yards from Clapham South Tube station, directly facing the corner of Clapham Common. Look for the palm tree. The sun trap of a front garden is busy even in winter thanks to heaters and parasols. Inside, the atmosphere’s even hotter thanks to a fresh, funky decor and a happy, well dressed crowd. All the usual drinks are on offer, including cocktails and shooters when the mood is high. While not that exciting (chicken breast and mash, cheeseburger, mushroom risotto, salmon with potatoes dauphinose etc.)The gastropub style food is good, and the sharing platters ideal for groups. The crowd gets even bigger when major sports matches are screened.
Please call the bar at least 24 hours before booking for any cancellations.
Opening hours:
Mon - Fri 12pm - 3pm and 6pm - 10pmSat and Sun 11am - 8pm
DJs spin the decks Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

We went to Gigalum for lunch. The food was good although not overly warm. The service was not good though they were very slow not overly polite and we even had to collect our own drinks from the bar at one point when we had been waiting for about 15 mins for them to bring them over.Review
I booked Gigalum for a party of 8 for dinner on saturday night throught TT, we arrived a bit early and had an area reserved, the place is very nice,we were deciding on some snacks as the table was a bit low to have dinner off of, then the menus were taken away, I didn't realise they stopped serving food at 8pm, we were told if we chose quickly we could have some food, but decided against it, so not sure what the food was like but he place it self was good for the drinks we had!Review
Gigalum offers relaxed atmosphere, nice food and lovely beer garden when weather encourages you to sit outside. Great place for catching up with friends.Visitors
