Gallery was a surprising find in Hendon. The feel of the restaurant was immediate, relaxed, calm, and a more up market place to dine. The staff were attentive and wine excellent. The menu looked enticing and was not overly complicated. The food itself was tasty though underseasoning was an issue with the complimentary cup of soup. The main courses were different but could have been something more. The deserts were very good indeed. Given the location it went some way to helping Hendon as a venue

Gallery Nice place, generally nice food although the free soup we had as an appetiser tasted of nothing! Not a problem, but it was the same for friends when they paid for it as a starter. All the other food was great. Very attentive staff too

Gallery was a very good experience. Food very well presented and the dessert was gorgeous! I had passion fruit creme brulee. Great service throughout.

Comfortable and polished but a little too bright. Shame it was completely deserted except for one other couple, so atmosphere was a bit thin. Steaks were tasty but a little chewy and vegetables rather oily. Service was very good.

The Gallery is a welcome addition to the local area which has a distinct lack of good eateries. The evening started off very quiet but got more lively after 8. We took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer which was good value for money as well. My only criticism would be the dessert; I had a apple and rhubarb crumble which wasnt up to scratch.

Ambience of the restaurant was excellent as was the service, although a little slow to take our order initially. The food was very good albeit a little unimaginative.
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
