About Fusions
Congratulations to Fusions for recently being awarded the sought after AA rosette for culinary excellance.
A fine restaurant outside London? Here's one, albeit a very new one. Just opened in High Wycombe, Fusions Bar and Restaurant deserves a warm welcome to the industry. Why? Well, there's the up-market, modern décor and lots of natural light. Then there's the fusion food - a zesty blend of the UK's best fresh local ingredients and others from around the world. Guests have already been paying particular compliments to the chef's signature dishes. So look out for Crab risotto, shellfish broth & avocado ice-cream. Beef fillet, sweet potato, vegetable parcel, garlic & herb ravioli, madeira reduction. Chocolate fondant, green tea panacotta. The wine list includes some great bottles, especially the Laibach Pinotage from South Africa, the Saint Julien Chateau Gruaud Larose, and a delicious dessert wine from the Brown Brother's winery in Australia. When you're full, happy and ready to slide down in a squidgier seat, just move into the relaxing lounge area and take a second look at the drinks menu. You can also book a room at the Ambassador Court Hotel, while dining at Fusions Restaurant

We thought Fusions was fairly good value for money though the portions weren't very big. It was a shame it was so empty but the service was friendly.Review
we arrived at 7.00pm and left at 8.00pm, we were the only people in the restaurant. The service was excellent and we tried food we had not eaten before.Review
Fusions was nicely presented. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere and ambience could be vastly improved to compliment the excellent food. It's worth a visit.Visitors
