Frankie's is a glamorous looking venue, excellent location, but last Friday it really didn't seem to be coping with the full house. No towels in gents, ages taking our order, overcooked tuna (in spite of the waiter stating very hautily that this is best served "rose"). We probably would not go back in a hurry.

Very good evening out. Staff very friendly. The interior needs to be seen to be believed. Would definitely go again. Good food & value

We took our 3 young daughters to Frankies Knightsbridge for lunch over the Christmas holidays and had a great time. The menu suits all ( there is a kids' one as well ) ; the staff were charming and although they have stopped doing pizzas and didn't have the magician there we much enjoyed it and will be going again . I had an excellent hamburger and my wife's lasagne was good.

The food quality, while acceptable for the prices charged, did not match up to the expectation of a famous italian and a signature chef. The interior design was not exactly in the relaxing mode

Service was appauling, noise levels "unbearable" - no one could ever hear anyone unless shouting in their ear. Food less than average. Its a mess basically, Marco (pull out!!!). Crowd very young, ergo, teenagers of wealthy locals trying to look "hip". Roaming magician at tables is a great idea but you feel cheated if you spend £100 a head and he doesnt stop by your table just because your a party of 2 - wont be returning...

We brought some friends to Frankie's because we normally love the fun atmosphere and good food for a reasonable price, so I am sad to be writing this review. On Friday, they seem to have overbooked the restaurant. After a 45 minute wait we were shown our table. As we were in the second sitting (at least), things had really come apart. Our white wine was warm, chips lukewarm, and my friend's burger was stone cold. We hated to, but spent more time complaining than eating. A bad night we hope!

Arrive at Frankie's at 18:30hrs had to wait for a table to be prepared before we sat down. Ordered pre meal drinks which arrived after 1st course. Also ordered wine for main course which did not arrive at all. Food good. Service non existant as staff spent most of their time reorganising tables to fit parties in around us. Full of athmosphere for young dinners. Would not go back as it is not our type of dinning experience.

I took a friend from out of town to Frankie's and had a very mixed experience. The service was very good, but our waitress was brand new so I think she was trying hard to do a good job. With the exception of my veal milanese (surprisingly good for only 10.50) the food was very average and even bland. The decor is extremely distracting and all in all I don't know if I would return, for the price I don't know if I should let "just ok" suffice, I imagine I would rather try somewhere else.

I was not sure what to expect from a Dettori/Perrier White collaboration but was so impressed. The service was attentive but low key, and my cheeky request for copies of the menus to take home was happily attended to. The food was beautifully presented and tasted fabulous. I’ve been to other restaurant with less credential’s and was made to feel very out of place but this was not the case at this pleasantly designed eatery. I would highly recommended Frankie’s (Knightsbridge) for all the family as well as small parties.
