The sunday set-menu is excellent value for money, £9.50 for two courses, and the best roast beef we can find in Chiswick. They are generous with portions and the service has always been good. For a sunday lunch you can't go wrong. They do also offer the standard menu if you don't fancy a roast. Highly recommended!

Glorified fast food. Limited menu which was anything but authentic Italian. Cheap ingredients poorly prepared. Frankie and Benny's without the Benny. Will not be repeating the disappointment!

Booked last minute and had no trouble getting table(for 10!) Good decor had a round table in the corner of restaurant which proved perfect.I feel the staff may have struggled if the restaurant had been busy(it was less than half full) but maybe they employ more staff on Fri/Sat nights? All round good venue would go again

We visited Frankies twice last week and had completely different experiences. We will not be returning. On Saturday night we experienced dreadful service. Frankies normally give a complementary shot of limoncello at the end of the meal. However, when we asked the waiter for our shots, he said that they save the limoncello for special guests! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought all guests are special!

Frankies was a real surprise. Don't be fooled by the outside space and dodgy signage - which doesn't do the inside justice at all. On entering, Frankies is really nicely done with a great relaxed ambience and quirky touches. Food arrived super fast and the steaks we had were really tasty and reasonably priced. Desserts were dreamy and it was nice to see a menu simply laid out, catering for every taste. We will be going again!
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
