About Francs
The historic walled city of Chester is home to the almost as historic Francs, who have been serving top quality French food to Cheshire for twenty years. The imposing building, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping and tourism drag, with its ancient looking timbered façade belies the gorgeous interior. The soaring beams, leather armchairs and antiqued mirrors could be straight out of Elle Home, while the menu has kept on moving with the times, adding an element of fun to stylish French cuisine. With food for any occasion Francs prides itself on using the very freshest ingredients and putting real imagination in to every dish.

Francs was a friendly restaurant with nice hearty food (it was winter!) with a French waiter (novel). Nothing spectacular. Just a nice low key evening out.Review
Great restaurant, upper and lower floors available. Service was great, really enjoyed the food and they have an awesome dessert menu, spoit for choice!Visitors
