About Fleur de Sel
This bright restaurant on the Boulevard Montparnasse brings the flavour of cuisine terroir to the capital, that is, traditional French cuisine from the regions with full, honest flavours. The walls are white and clean, hung with modern art, while the tables are set with groovy plates. Try starter of oxtail terrine with sauce gribiche, main course of braised knuckle of lamb with potatoes boulangere, and pudding of profiterole with vanilla ice cream and pot of chocolate sauce. Wines are very interesting here, with a second wine of a grand cru featured each month.

Good value lunch menu with plenty of variety - the fish soup especially was superb and served with all the accompaniments. The service was welcoming and friendly and the dining area comfortable, relaxing and pleasantly decorated. Would definetly visit again.

We went for the special offer and as a party of 8 we were not disappointed. However, tis isn't a special restaurant and thepictures on the internett appear a bit more appealing tan the reality. However, the service was excellent and we had a really good nightVisitors
