About Desi Tadka
This fun and energetic Indian restaurant on Uxbridge Road transports you from the hustle and bustle of Southall to Punjab in India. With wonderful live Punjabi dancing every Friday-Sunday night, sunny yellow walls, and wooden floors, Desi Tadka is a traditional curry house perfect for lively parties and animated nights out with friends. Brave diners can even join the waiters in their jiggy bhangra dancing after a few glasses of wine, which although they don't serve alcohol, you are welcome to bring-your-own. We recommend classic curries such as the Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma and Prawn Biryani served with naan bread and pilau rice. The friendly, dancing staff, great curries and warm décor make Desi Tadka a memorable dining destination.
Please note: Punjabi dancing and music takes place every night.
Please note there is a 2 hour turn around time on all tables. Desi Tadka is a BYO (bring your own alcohol) restaurant.

25 of us attended for a birthday party. Food was great, the staff were most entertaining and the restuarant was clean. All together the whole evening was great fun. I will definately be going back here in the future :o)

Great atmosphere.Thou they don't usually dance during the lunch time,they made a special exception for our party.Service was a little slow. When we arrived,we told them we needed to leave by a certain time,but we had only just completed the main meal ten mins after the time we needed to leave and thus had to miss dessert, very disappointing.The food on set menu was excellent (so my collegues said) and plenty of it. However it was all a little too spicy for me. I'm usually a korma person (!)Visitors
