Deerfields restaurant serves a mouth-watering selection of Irish cuisine, as well as Mediterranean dishes. The extensive à la carte and table d'hôte menus are changed daily and might include steak au poivre, pasta carbonara, saumon en croûte and moules marinières. Dishes for vegetarians and Coeliacs are also available. Since its foundation in 1968 by Michael and Christina Lynch, the Lynch Hotel Group has grown to one of Irelands largest hotel groups with eight throughout Ireland. The family-run group pride themselves on providing real value for money and friendly, efficient service combined with superior standards of comfort and hospitality.
