Nothing can prepare you for the uniqueness of "Dans Le Noir?" It works like this; you meet in the tall-ceilinged entrance bar, put your phones and anything else that might emit light in a locker, then order from a short choice of rather fine French/international dishes. Or go for the "surprise" menu where you don't know what you'll get. Then you're led through three sets of black drapes and to your table. You can't see a thing. Nothing.
