About Daitokai
Daikotai, near the Kölnischen Stadtmuseum has been around for many years. You can view the whirlwind created by the chef as he prepares the meals right before your eyes, while seated at the so called Teppan Yaki tabletops, which are in fact hotplates. Of course, the whole experience and the Japanese decor with water fountains and magnificent pillars, comes with a price. One only encounters wealthier clientel here, who like to relish their meals. Connoiseurs know not to drink beer or wine, but Sake or green tea with their meal.
