Start your adventure with boerewors and chakalaka, a traditional South African farmer’s sausage served with spicy tomato and onion salsa and sweet corn miele pap. Mains continue the unusual theme with springbok (antelope) loin with slow roast buttery root vegetables garnished with red onion marmalade and spinach puree.
