About Caribbean Scene
Caribbean Scene might overlook the murky Thames rather than crystal clear tropical waters and it might be that the ExCel Marina is short on palm trees. But who cares when you can enjoy what the owners of Caribbean Scene call ‘the ultimate Caribbean dining experience’? Bright and airy, with a modern Colonial vibe, the restaurant has a laid back atmosphere with a menu to match. The fresh, flavourful dishes such as the CS Traditional Jerk Chicken take inspiration from traditional and contemporary Caribbean flavours herbs, spices and marinades to bring a touch of sunshine to your tastebuds.
Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellationsother wise a fee will be charged.At busy times there will be a turn around time of two hours after reservation time.Last orders for food is 9:30pm every day.

Review
First impressions were good. Enjoyed waiting At bar for guest to arrive. Tables are too close together. Conflicting info from waiters re menu and specials. Service slow waitress and food was not very hot. I rec'd my meal after my others guest had almost completed there meal. Condiments I ordered arrived before my main course and had to be returned to keep warm. Estcovich fish MUST be filleted prior to serving if you are attempting to provide fine dining. Struggling with bones not good.

The decor is remenicent of most holiday destination which definately gets you into the right frame of mind for food. The staff seemed very hospitable despite it being quite busy for a friday night. The best thing about the whole night is the food nicely seasoned and very well presented definately would go again : )Review
Lovely food, but service was really slow, had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our drinks to be served. Would go back but not on a Satrurday night, maybe during the week when it is a little quieter.Visitors
