Main Courses - Red mullets on a vegetable pisto and fennel parmentier; John Dory garnished with tender green peas, cured ham, wild mushrooms and potatoes; Rack of lamb over black olives and polenta accompanied by sautéed spinach, tomato relish and rosemary infused milk; Caramelised suckling pig served with deep fried banana and green asparagus
