The food and service at Camerons was excellent although my first and second choice of champagne was unavailable. A very big minus was the charge at the Hilton Hotel for car parking (£18) be aware!!!!

We booked the Library area of Camerons at the Hilton. Excellent ambience for a small private party. Very good service. The guest of honour was well impressed and we would recommend the restaurant for a special occasion as it is a bit pricey.

Friendly service and excelleny food set Camerons apart from being just another hotel restaurant. Only small criticism would be the price of the wines, where even a bottle of house wine is £36.

Was staying at the Hilton where Camerons is located and decided to get my toptable points. Its an american style posh place - make of that what you will. The menu is good, focusing on local and seasonal produce with good descriptions of provenance. Jerusalem artichoke soup was good and Shetland organic cod was also good. Service was varied - very helpful waiter who also arranged mixed veg side which was not on the menu. But had to ask for butter with bread and pepper. Overall reasonable

This looked like nothing compared to the website photos. There was no desert wines on the menu and the staff offered no alternatives. Woudl not return or reccomend.

Myself, and my guests had a wonderful meal at Cameron's last night. I would definitely reccommend the Black Pudding, Haggis and Ayrshire Bacon starter. I, then had collops of fillet steak with dauphinoise potatoes. And, to finish, an amzing chocolate cylinder dessert. My friend had the Scottish cheese board selection, plenty for her and the other 2 guests. The service was 1st class, our waitress was lovely. Will be booking to go again very soon.(found 7 reviews)
