is now over 5 years since Jon and Nick Rossi took over as Proprietors of the hotel; during that time there have been numerous refurbishment programmes and the White Hart can now boast one of the best Function rooms and restaurants in the area. Head Chef ? Noureddine Bzize, has recently joined us. Noureddine trained at the école hotelier, Rabat. His career has included working in France, Germany and Saudi Arabia before joining award winning Momo?s in London. Latterly Noureddine worked at the Firebird, the world class Savoy Hotel and finally one of the few independent hotels remaining in London, The Basil, Knightsbridge. Now settled in Wells, ?Dine? is hoping to introduce a varied range of dishes including some of his own specialties. He would be happy to discuss individual or themed menus for weddings or special parties.
