Nice and spacious brasserie in the millenium hotel on the end of boulevard Haussmann - start your dinner with some cocktails from the bar!

New Year's Even is always difficult for restaurants, but Brasserie Haussman coped admirably. Food and service were both top class.

First time in Paris - first restaurant we visited and a great beginning to our trip. Grand looking restaurant, helpful staff, varied menu - go even if it is just for the devine FRENCH ONION SOUP!!
