Croque monsieur
Baked double-decker toasted sandwich with ham,
cheese and mustard. Served with a mixed salad.

Vegetable quiche
hot quiche with spinach, tomato and
mushrooms. Served with a mixed salad and tzatziki.

Smoked Venison, thin slices of smoked venison
with marinated mushrooms and Gouda cheese.

Vegetarian Pasta, pasta Stuffed with cheese and mushrooms. Served with pesto sauce with rucola and pinje nuts.

Pigs' Cheeks, braised pigs' cheeks with "andijvie stamp"bacon and gravy.

Salmon, baked Norweigian salmon with asparagus,
sasparagus potatoes and hollandaisesauce.
