The restaurants are named after the regal Blue India peacock, the national bird of India. It is chosen to reflect the traditions, romance, stunning colour, majesty, tranquility and tastes of India and it?s varied cuisine.

We have tried to reflect these qualities from the interior design, through to the service we offer and ultimately in the exquisite food we aim to serve to you.
