Great service and lovely atmosphere, very relaxing with friendly waiters and food/drinks coming quickly. Only small criticism I would have is menu...very odd mix of food and many of your classic curry dishes on offer. You can have a bombay potato as a main but no bhuna in sight!! Great for veggies and forces you to try something different! But quality of food made up for it and we all like choices we finally made!

Bhatti was ok for a good indian meal, the waiter was a bit overbearing at times. But on the whole the party was good, food was good and a good time was had by all

The restaurant was sparsely decorated but clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and food was served quickly and accurately. The food was ok however I have had much better in London (tower tandoori as an example) however it was reasonably priced. Only complaint was that we were not asked smoking / non smoking and just placed at a table so assumed whole restaurant was non-smoking - not the case - next table lit up during our meal which spoilt our enjoyment somewhat so be sure to check!

My friends and I like Indian restaurants and decided to try Batthi but it was not a great meal at all. I have several times lamb danshak and this one was far too hot - not me or my bf managed to eat it. The food very average and the service a bit agressive - we didn't want the dips and he asked "do you know what that is?" if I didn't, I'd had asked - we simply didn't want to. For a nice dinner - go somewhere else!

Bhatti was a great evening for a big group as the service was quick and friendly. However the food was nothing exceptional. Maybe it was the dish I had but I tired a few others and felt the same. However due to the service I would be willing to give it another shot!

Unfortunately at Bhatti the food was very bland, and the Jalfrezi did not taste as it should. They seemed to bulk out all the food with tomatoes and potatoes, even when the dish did not usually have these food items in them! The house wine was ok but warm. The service was excellent and the waiters very friendly just a shame the food let them down.

Standard Indian restaurant, nice mains, good beer. Service was prompt and polite. Only quibble wold be that starters are slightly overpriced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent meal at Bhatti. They were very helpful at fitting two extra diners on our table at extremely short notice and didn't seem to mind the over-exuberance we probably showed having spent all day at The Oval watching the cricket and drinking excess booze! The menu was pretty standard Indian fare but reasonably priced for central London and well presented. Full marks go to the Tandoori Masala lamb chops and the Tandoori bater (quail). The Chabils wasn't bad either!

I have been a regular at Bhatti for 10 years or so, and it is still one of my favourite Indian places in Greater London. The reception was friendly, the table was nicely located and the service was prompt, efficient and friendly. I would prefer if they left the dishes on the table instead of serving directly onto the plates. Both my wife and I will definitely return.
