About Bhatti
Covent Garden ain't short of good Indian restaurants, and Bhatti is amongst the best. After all, it's been recommended by Egon Ronay. Housed in an historic 17th century listed building, it is pleasantly bright inside where spotlights highlight the shiny blonde wooded floor and chairs. After a friendly welcome comes the best bit - the menu. There's nothing esoteric or scary on it, just a familiar palate-pleasing list of the dishes you know and love - chicken tikka masala, jalfreizi, vindaloo, madras, lamb rogan ghosh...Pretty much everything is good value; a bottle of house wine costs just under a tenner. Whether a curry lover or curry virgin, Bhatti is a great place to explore Indian cuisine.

Great service and lovely atmosphere, very relaxing with friendly waiters and food/drinks coming quickly. Only small criticism I would have is menu...very odd mix of food and many of your classic curry dishes on offer. You can have a bombay potato as a main but no bhuna in sight!! Great for veggies and forces you to try something different! But quality of food made up for it and we all like choices we finally made!

Bhatti was ok for a good indian meal, the waiter was a bit overbearing at times. But on the whole the party was good, food was good and a good time was had by allReview
The restaurant was sparsely decorated but clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and food was served quickly and accurately. The food was ok however I have had much better in London (tower tandoori as an example) however it was reasonably priced. Only complaint was that we were not asked smoking / non smoking and just placed at a table so assumed whole restaurant was non-smoking - not the case - next table lit up during our meal which spoilt our enjoyment somewhat so be sure to check!Visitors
