About Bertorelli - Covent Garden
Bertorelli’s Covent Garden branch (there are 4 others) is a popular choice for those who want good old fashioned Italian food like Mamma used to make without an astronomical 21st century price tag. Bertorelli’s used to be the sort of place your aunt took you to in the days when Italian food was considered rather racey. Nowadays, it's popular for Pre Opera dinner: 2 courses £15.50, 3 courses £18.50.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sat 12pm - 3pm & 5:30pm - 11:30pm
Placido Domingo fills his ample frame here, as do Jude Law and assorted opera buffs.

Bertorelli in Covent Garden is a perfect pre-ballet/theatre venue. Service was good and the food very tasty.Review
We took our two children ( 7yrs and 10 yrs) to Bertorelli`s in Convent Garden as they love Italian food. The restaurant was busy at 6pm, but the service was good.Top Table stated that this was a family friendly restaurant, but even though my children try anything, and been taken to smart restaurants, the menu -not child friendly ie children were charged large adult portions. The food was excellent, but smaller portions than expected for the cost. hidden charge for olives/bread given on arrivalReview
Bertorelli was an average experience, nothing spectacular. The toilets could do with improvement as there was only one ladies toilet in the restaurant.Visitors
