About Below 54 @ Great Eastern Dining Room
In a world where going out demands no trainers, smart casual, or suits and ties of patrons, Below 54 is a welcome change. Located underneath the Great Eastern Dining Room, Below 54 operates a strict “No Tie” dress-down door policy which suits its mixed crowd of music, new media, fashion and other assorted beautiful folk just fine. Serving a wide range of interesting cocktails and spirits, the groovy, laid back vibe is supported by local DJs and video art projections. Try a classic champagne cocktail, martini or our favourite, the Hazelnut Monk, a blend of remy grand cru, creme de cacao & frangelico. Those who are peckish can peruse a pan Asian canapé menu, and there’s loads of seating to kick back and chill on. No need to rush either, as Below 54 has a license until 1am.
Opening hours:
Fri & Sat 7:30pm - 1am

We went to Below 54 for our engagement party. We invited about 25 people and had a really good night. The only down side is that you are not allowed to dance, which I never understand. It has a good atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it. It's a good place for big parties. The cocktails are very yummy!Review
bit of a confusion of what part of the bar/restaurant we had actually booked as there are 3 seperate areas of below 54@Great Eastern Street. After having a cocktail in the main bar then moving to the restaurant area, we were greeted my extremely friendly staff. the atmospehere and lighting in there were on top form, and the food brilliant. recomend the Dim Sum pork belly (best ive eaten), ribs and chilli squid!!Review
