About Bierodrome - Holborn
Part of the famous Belgo restaurant chain, the Bierodrome in Holburn is a vibrant Belgian beer café serving up hearty national fare. Dressed up in earthy tones with quirky details, the dining room is decorated with a unique vaulted wooden ceiling, a zinc bar and cosy chocolate brown sofas, and the restaurant attracts an eclectic crowd of city workers, hip Holburn media types and Belgian beer buffs. Bierodrome’s signature dish is the Mussel Pot, which can be served with a variety of sauces from plum tomatoes with basil, thyme and garlic, to a Thai-inspired sauce made with coconut milk, green chillies, lemon grass, lime and coriander. We also love the Brussels style waffles with Chantilly cream and warm white chocolate sauce.

Review
Belgo has different offers / standards in each branch. In holborn, it doesn't have beat the clock 50% off. Instead, have varying prices depending on time of order. Dishes weren't extremely cheap compared to other places and portions are small so we didn't feel full towards the end of the meal. Mussels didn't have the choice of different style/sauce compared to Covent Garden. However,if you are looking for something quick and easy, then this is a place to go.
