Beija Flor restaurant just off Bordeaux’s busy Place de la Victoire should be recognised as an embassy of Brazilian cuisine and culture. The menu features true Brazilian home and street food in dishes like three types of bolinhos, giant churrasco brochettes, feijoada, ximxim, plantains, coconut flan, as well as samples of the Brazilian national drink, cachaca.
