About Bed
Bed – which stands for Burnsey Eat Drink – is a superb and super-friendly restaurant on the Kings Road in Harrogate. Spread over three floors in a beautiful Georgian manor, Bed has a bar on the ground floor and two separate dining rooms decorated in kooky colours. The cosy, unpretentious vibe and quirky sense of humour woven into the décor and the menu at Bed makes this restaurant feel like a home away from home. All food is cooked fresh to order, and the restaurant boasts a selection of over 40 wines and champagnes. We love the Bed burgers; the lime seared scallops; and the lamb marinated in honey and mint served on a bed of crushed new potatoes.
Please note this restaurant does not take any bookings at 7pm or 7:30pm on Friday on Saturday evenings.

BED also runs an allergy friendly menu which dishes suitbale for Vegans along side their a la carte.

Review
We went to Bed early in the evening and were suprised how many people joined us in the quirky atmosphere on an early night. The house wine was very drinkable and the service was attentive and really jovial. I will be going to Bed again soon!

We went to BED at 7.30 on a friday night. The bar area gives off a retro vibe with an old pac-man machine used as a table. We were taken upstairs to the restaurant for our meal, which has some flamboyant decor...green carpets and some interesting music to say the least. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, although two of our drinks orders were forgotten throughout the meal. The food was very nice, however unfortunately they had run out of my first choice. We'll go back at some pointReview
