Excellent food, made all the better by the 50% off. The seafood risotto and roast lamb were very tasty, as was the bread basket (several different types!). Ambience nice but a tad dated - this is in a small Mayfair hotel so not too surprised. Highly recommend but make sure you go with the discount.

The food at Artisan was FANTASTIC. With 50% off it was also amazing value however I would return and pay full price happily for such good food. Portions were double the size I was expecting so save room for the petit fours which we couldn't finish! Service potentially a little OTT for my liking but everyone was friendly and welcoming.

very pleasant and calming after sales madness, the 50% offer on the set meal makes it very reasonable, though they get it back on the inflated wine prices. toilet miles from restaurant, as is usual in hotel restaurants, but overall well prepared and presented food and exemplary service, a welcome haven.

Perhaps the most formal dining room setting of any in Toptable. Artisan is in the Westbury Hotel, just off Bond St in Mayfair. This is classy dining with formal service. Food was good (but expensive), but the fancy room and attentive service made an impression on my guest. Dress up for this one!

Artisan is a nice restaurant for a quiet meal for two or with friends. The service is friendly and efficient and the food of a good standard, though I wouldn't say quite good enough to justify the full price. The 50% off deal made it worthwhile though as usual for a hotel restaurant, wine will add a lot to your bill. Very pleasant, though not sure I would rush back.

Artisan is a very pleasant restaurant with good food - not quite Michelin standard but close - very good service and, thank the lord, we were not rushed. The only downer was, as somebody else suggested, the nasty musak but I imagine the Americans like it.

We booked ARTISAN at the Westbury Hotel for a 50% off food deal from the full a la carte menue. In spite of the fact that the management was expecting us for this deal there was NO a la carte menu that day - just a very brief brunch menu. The maitre d was very kind and was able to rustle up three possible starters and three possible puddings - but it simply should not have happened and spoiled the experience.

highly recommended assuming you get on the 50% off deal. Service was top notch, plenty of space, pleasant ambient decor: a very comfortable dining experience. The food itself was good but nothing rave about. Adventurous cusine which didn't always work. I personally would have preferred more simply cooking done to perfection. Wine was pricey with 25pounds a bottle being the cheapest you could order

Be prepared for a protracted meal at Artisan, things do take a while. Service is not too attentive either, nobody has an eye on how full your glass is for example. Food however is good, I thoroughly enjoyed my breast of chicken for main.

Artisian is well worth a visit food was lovely and service great drinks rather expensive but with the 50% off food bill it made up for it.Not much atmospher needed a better choise of background music.
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
