The food is excellent here but there is clearly no front-of-house management - one waitress was trying to deal with the entire restaurant on her own. She was very pleasant but rather clueless, had not been briefed on the menu and knew nothing about the dishes. Wine was not brought for us to check or taste but just left on the table already opened. At £120 for three, the Armless Dragon is difficult to recommend - such a shame when they have such a talented, creative chef who deserves better.Review
The Armless Dragon does a great job showcasing Welsh produce and cooking. The menu changes regularly and has a breadth of choice. The seafood caul, Welsh Black Beef and lamb were particularly good. There is a short but good selection of wines by the half bottle.Review
