And ethos) seascapes photographed by co-owner Stephen Bonomi, somewhat of a genius at reinventing food the Scots have taken for granted for decades. Dishes are divided into ‘sea’ and ‘land’. Fish lovers lick their lips over the likes of Shetland monkfish, Tayside salmon, Shuna mussels, and day-fresh Loch Etive oysters. Bestseller, haggis, is offered in a variety of enticing combinations, most notably the signature dish of haggis oatmeal fritters. Imaginative vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are there too.
