About Anderida
An award-winning restaurant with a gorgeous setting bordering Ashdown Forest. Wonderful views, unobtrusive music by a resident Baby Grand pianist, and very professional service create a traditional country hotel atmosphere in which you find yourself easing into a refined state of relaxation. Executive Chef Graeme Campbell hits the spot time and time again with his thoughtful, imaginative cooking such as a smoked salmon and oysters starter, and Dover sole filleted at the table. Four pastry cooks guarantee amazing desserts, the Bramley apple tarte tatin a prime example; the 20 minute wait rarely puts anyone off.
Opening hours:

I was not happy at all with the restaurant. The waiter did not know anything about wine and the food was warm and not hot, having to be returned. There was no atmosphere as it was practically empty.Review
The Ashdown Park Hotel is set in beautiful landscape and the building has a wonderful English charm. All of the staff are friendly and courteous without being imposing. This I feel gives a more relaxed feeling to the service, allowing us to just enjoy the food and opulant surroundings. We took the Table D'Hote menu, and were delighted with the choices on offer and the presentation was excellent. A nice touch was to also offer a surprise of a pre-starter taster and a mid course sorbet.Visitors
