We have put together a menu of some of our favourite dishes from the US. But not just in any old fashion: we are flying over live Maine lobsters, Prime USDA beef from Nebraska, Louisiana shrimps and much more.

People have asked us why we use American ingredients rather than British ones. The answer is that to render an authentic American dining experience we need to use the right meats and seafood.

Lift from your mind a white bearded gentleman and a red and white cardboard box. At America, we soak our chickens for one day in brine and a second day in buttermilk. You will experience the crunch of our traditional coating, then the juicy moisture of the chicken underneath. Our barbecue pit will feature St Louis style ribs, the most unbelievable hamburger, Cajun style catfish and much more.
