About Albacora
Located in Hotel Club S'Illot of 3 stars, is the gourmet restaurant Albacora. Enjoy an innovative cuisine, carefully prepared and presented by chef Roland Schulte, supported by a great personal service. The hotel is owned and managed by the Guiscafre family since 1965, with Juan (of the third generation) now taking care of the restaurant. The warm, friendly ambience and the careful attention to detail are an invitation to try a cuisine which combines the best fresh seasonal products from the area with a few surprising (and tasty!) Asian touches. The dining room has views of the sea, and in summer, enjoy your meal out on the terrace.
