Arbiter does okay food, but be prepared to eat in a very noisy atmosphere (I know it is a pub and it was a Friday), all in all a decent place for a meal if you live in the area.

I arranged Sunday Lunch with friends at The Arbiter... arrived to find a nice bar but filled with smoke. Luckily the staff were happy to seat us in the restaurant upstairs. It was not as atmospheric as downstairs - very bare, but we had a lovely meal and the one waiter did a good job of looking after us. The food was good (roast arrived luke warm though), and service was friendly and reasonably fast.

Arbiter isn't in a very convenient location from the tube, but the food was fine -- the free starter only saves a few quid, but prices for mains are cheap.

We waited for a good 20 minutes before being offered drinks with no apology. When food eventually arrived it was barely cooked. Decided to leave rather than wait for the food to be recooked. Will not return

Lovely quality food and really good value for money. Feels as if the "restaurant" (room above bar/pub) has yet to evolve fully and so atmosphere bit lacking. Bar downstairs is quite funky and pretty trendy for Fulham (no Sloans!) but quite different from the quiet upstairs. Hope restaurant evolves, food is delicious and the restaurant has great potential. Would recommend trying it out especially if you are local.(found 7 reviews)
