Always like this restaurant. The is not always a brilliant feel to the place of a lunchtime, however, with a Christmas party happening, there was a certainly a good atmosphere this time.

We went to Stay on a Friday night, which was probably not the best of nights to go. There was a disco downstairs, and whilst not too loud, it did make dinner conversation difficult. But I couldn't fault the food or the service - both of which were superb. Great place for lunch, I'd imagine.

Stay bar and brasserie offers excellet food and service but unfortunately was so quiet when we went on a Tuesday evening. Staff attentive and portions of food large and still excellent quality. Large schoice on set menu.

Visited Stay Bar and Brasserie for a special offer meal. Quality of food was not bad at all, even though the layout of the menu was a little confusing. Liked the ambience as a bar more than as a restaurant, but all in all it was good and I would return there to eat (though prefer to sit upstairs).

The surroundings and service at the Stay Bar are good and it is a good place to meet for lunch if you can get upstairs. The menu was varied, both diners had the Smoked Haddock and Scallop Risotto, unfortunately neither of us actually found any haddock!
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
