My friends and I enjoyed our meal at the Shabab. The service team was friendly and appropriately attentive, and the meal was very good value. The entrance to the venue did affect my first impressions, but I'm glad we gave it the benefit of the doubt.

Shabab - what can i say.............did everything it said on packet and more!Food was amazing, service was good though slighty too intense (i think 3 different waiters asked if we wanted poppadums). Place was busy for a Wednesday night. One downer was the toilets - no soap in either abd the gents felt like a mounteverest trek-overall cant complain and would recommend 100%!!!

Though the main entrance to Shabab may be a little off -putting, once in the reception area you feel that this is not going to be just another Indian restaurant. The staff were very quick to seat us and take the order though the wine list took a while to find, 2 pints of Cobra to be precise. The menu had many varied dishes, lots of succulent jumbo prawns and a fish curry were excellent. It's well worth a visit.

Shababs restaurant in Leeds has an excellent menu. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.Nothing is ever too much trouble, if you like a curry milder or hotter they will adapt to meet your taste. If you are not too sure which would be the best wine to accompany your meal they will willing allow you to test the wines prior to making a decision. Most City centre restaurants are intent on rushing you through your meal this will never be the case at Shababs.(found 6 reviews)
