Sequoia is very dark and red! Good for work drinks but turns into dancing madness at about 11 - crazy random dancing! Music was funky and wine was good value. Plenty of space, leather seats and the dark lighting makes everyone look good! Not sure I'll be rushing back...

I booked Sequoia @ Ruby Lo for my 30th birthday, the booking process was really easy and they didn't charge anything. However, the music on the night was terrible and really not my sort of thing. Despite that the venue is nice, bit small, with the right music it could have been a great night.

This is a fabulous venue and we had a great party, there was a niggle about the lack of cloakroom space but this was resolved. The bar staff just make the best cocktails - highly recommended!

Great place to go if you're looking for a chill night with a few drinks and some small bites... The bar staff were nice but incompetently slow behind the bar and serving, empty glasses and plates weren't picked from the table for eons! But very good ambiance. I will go back but with little expectation on the service. AV

I had my birthday party at Sequoia @ Ruby Lo on a Friday night. I haden't been there for a few years so was a little bit worried that it might not be as cool as I remembered. But it was! We had a brilliant night, the staff were excellent at keeping people out of our reserved area, the drinks are reasonably priced (even the champagne cocktails) and the music was cool. Everyone got in with no problem despite the long queue. I would certainly recommend this funky venue.

They made my birthday party very smoothly and absolutely enjoyable! Good service, nice music, great cocktails. A bit too noisy but that understandable – busy Friday night. Thought I recommend to come early, some of my fashionably late guests had to queue for 30 minutes before to enter.

Lovely Atmosphere, Good Service, comfy sitting area; but music was to loud! Couldn't hear a word my friend said that was sitting next to me. No food where availabe.(found 10 reviews)
