Review
The food at Resource was innovative and of very high quality. The service was attentive and (usually appropriately) slow. We were puzzled how four courses turned into nine and although delighted left feeling a little like the foie gras that we had sampled. Overall very good. Limited choice of wines but good value.

Review
It would be unfair to describe dinner at Resource simply as a meal. This was more of a 'dining experience'. We opted for the second of the set menus called the 'Menu Resource', which consisted of two starters, a main course and a dessert, with a few unconventional extras in between including test tubes of vegetable juices. All courses were fairly radical in their appearances and tastes but for the most part very delicious. Combined with splendid wine and service, this was a unique experience.(found 2 reviews)
