We had eaten at the Raj Pavilion a few times previously and had take aways from here but we took friends and had the most brilliant evening. The service was exceptional and there was some live music too. The meal for 12.99 was brilliant and we had some extras and it was still a brilliant price, Easily the best Indian Ive had in the South East (and ive had a few!)

Awful service despite being empty. We had to request the wine list 3 TIMES and had to remind staff to deliver the wine at the end of our starters. Would have been nice to have wine with our starters. The manager was apologetic for the 'LOUSY SERVICE' (his quote) but his staff didn't seem to care - one waiter was wearing tracksuit bottoms and flip flops. The manager tried to make up for this with friendly chat and a complimentary drink but it wasn't enough. Average food. I will not return

Raj Pavillion was excellent - food very filling and we took Lamb Kedai Masala (a speciality recipe with a hint of red chilli) and Romal Chicken (tender meat with ginger, garlic and a hint of green chilli). Warmly welcomed and well looked-after, I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the best indian meals that we have had. Fantastic value for money with the 50% off food - watch that this is applied to your bill though as they forgot to with ours at first. Overall, an excellent meal.

we when to Raj Pavilion for my wife's birthday,which fell on a monday. On arrival we had a bit of a wait even though the restaurant was almost empty. However the service and the food made up for the delay. From the starters to the main all of the food we had was outstanding. And the price was reasonable too. would love to go back but its a bit too far to go again.

We had a great meal at the Raj Pavillion but it was the Saturday before Christmas and a couple of large parties which made it a bit noisy. However, the food and service were very good and we were very pleased to be given a complimentary drink before we left. We will certainly go again at a quieter time of year to give it another try. We were a bit concerned about the slippiness of the floor downstairs - it got wet and was a bit like an ice rink.

Despite being a very busy night, the service was good, and always with a smile. The food was great- and all halal, even the lamb, which is extremely rare in Tunbridge Wells. This meant I had a far greater variety choice of dishes than I normally have. Will definitely be a regular dining choice for my curry loving friends and I.
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
