Nouvelle Spice has great food, with excellent tasty curries. The portion was sizeable. There were different types of curries, and is definitely above the normal curry houses. Would recommend it!

Nouvelle Spice has a large menu and it took me a while to choose what to have. The starter was very nice, but the chef's special I had for main, was only ok. I would not like to critise the food, and would return to try one of the many other dishes I was tempted by. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was ok - the large television when showing sport was annoying, but when showing a bollywood movie added to the ambience and provided a talking point if needed. I liked 'bring your own bottle;

A nice little local outfit, with an extensive menu. Food was fresh, aromatic and portions were large - would highly recommend the Novelle Spice special. Staff were attentive and very helpful. We arrived just after opening and the place was steadily filling up by the time we left. Will definitely be making a return visit.

Good local neighbourhood indian restaurant. It was quiet when we went in and we were slightly distracted by the large news screen, which was turned to a bollywood film after a few minutes. Not a date restaurant, but the food was fresh and tasty and great value with being able to bring your own wine.

I have eaten at Nouvelle Spice about ten times and everytime I come away very happy. The service is good, the food is fantastic and it is great value for money. Two people can have loads of food and still have change for £20. Add to that it is BYOB and it is hard to beat. Only complaint was the TV is on constantly but apart from that it is ideal.

As always a great meal, highly recommended. I just wish they would turn the lights down and the TV off!(found 10 reviews)
