We were the only diners at the North Pole but thats what you get for eating out on the sunday between xmas and new year. However the food was excellent as always and is good value with the offer.

Very nice food for the 50% off offer at the North Pole. If full price I think it's too high as the food is good. It's a nice ambience and the pianist is a nice touch. The service from the waitresses was not great e.g I asked for salt and I'd finished my meal before it arrived...... so okay but not great.

Really enjoyed the setting. The barman in the bar downstairs unfortunately could not mix a simple Martini. The main course was excellent but desserts and starters were average.

Great food and waitresses are extremely friendly. It was my birthday and they arranged with my partner a birthday cake and made it really special. Shame restaurant was not full but I guess that was time of year in between x-mas and newyear.

Sorry Maya, you must have been to a different restaurant because I agree with the previous reviewers in that this place is superb! The food, the service and ambience are wonderful and in my book this is the best Greenwich has to offer. The decor is very nice and yes the toilets are a bit cramped but so what? Take my word, even without the special offer this is truly a gem - keep up the good work.

A delightful Saturday night meal at the North Pole Piano Restaurant. With the pianist always easy on the ear without overwhelming our conversation. Will definitely return.

NORTH POLE restaurant. The food and service was great (but a bit pricey). Only complaint is that they seated us in the other dining room, separate from the piano restuarnt. It was very noisy in this dining room as there was an xmas party going on in the room.

The North Pole in Greenwich would in theory be a great restaurant. Unfortunately, the bad service (waiters too busy talking amongst themselves to notice you) and badly seasoned food lets the place down.
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
