First impressions were good - the decor and ambience were very impressive. The food was very good, apart from the risotto which was disappointing as it was too salty. We also felt that the tables were too close together, we could hear everything that was said on the tables next to us! A nice touch was peanut brittle and chocolate truffles on presentation of the bill!!

Had a wonderful meal at Gordon Ramsey's Maze in New York. We choose off the six course menu and each course was fantastic. My wife has always been wary of scallops, until now that is as the ones we had here were amazing. Each course gave a different sensation of texture and taste. And if you like your deserts then you have to try his peanut butter sandwhich which is to die for. A great experience and a hugely enjoyable evening.

my only criticism was that it was my wifes 40th birthday, i asked if my wife could have here picture with Jean'christophe as many others had earlyer that evening much to the waiters and my frustration he seemed more interested in talking to a blond lady for the majority of the evening we have nothing but praise for our waiter Jason (Maze New York)

great food, although portions were on the small side, Nouveaux Cuisine i believe they call it. Service was very good however i wasnt sure about the abience of the restaurant, with it being located directly off the reception area of the hotel. Personally, I prefer Gordons London based restaurants to this one. Worth a visit though if youre in New York.

Fantastic venue Maze at The London. Food small portions but delicious. If you are a junk food eater do not visit this venue. Waitress attentive & polite . Ambience great, Cocktails great. Wine slightly over priced but good. Would definately visit again if in New York. Price good value for the money. Only downside was that I was supposed to be already eating when I arrived ? The staff still managed to seat my daughter and myself.

Maze-New York. First opinions matter and straight away you are struck with the attentiveness of the staff from sitting having a drink before you meal to the moment you leave but not in an over bearing way. All I can say is excellent food, surroundings and atmosphere will definatley return and would highly reccomend to anyone.

We had the Christmas Menu - 5 course set menu. Food was great but servings small, compared to American sized portions. Great service but you don't expect anything less from Americans. Keen to try his UK restaurant to see how they compare!

Our visit to Maze was a highlight of our New York trip. Informal dining with all the trapping of 5 star service and the food was great value for money. Remember to take your credit card for the wine list though!

As part of a trip to New York, Maze is well worth a visit. The food from the set menu was superb. The service was very good. Wine is slightly in the pricey side - but with the money we saved on the food we had a fantastic bottle that we otherwise wouldnt have paid for. All in all I can thoroughly reccommend a visit...
