My fianceé and I went to Le Why Not for our Valentines day/aniversary. The staff quckly picked on on this fact and moved us from a fairly average table to a more secluded and romantic one. The service in this funcky restaurant did tend to be a bit slow (it took 2 hours for our main course to arrive), but due to the friendly and helpful staff we didnt mind on this occasion. When the food did arrive it was delicious. Definitely worth checking out if you ever find yourself in Liile.

A lovely restaurant although in the sort of location you'd never stumble across. Our free champagne was proffered immediately without even having to ask. A lovely restaurant.

Had dinner for five people on a Friday night; waiter was aware of our booking and brought us straight to our table and then served us 5 minutes later with a complimentary glass of champagne - impressive start! Varied and interesting menu, starters we had ranged from snails (excellent), raviole of duck (fantastic), crab (okay); mains from fillet of beef (overcooked), to scallops (excellent). Overall this is a very good restaurant, good food slightly let down by indifferent service during our meal

A fantastic meal in a great restaurant. The service was very good. Although no specific veg menu one guest was looked after well. Chef didnt like cheese so no cheese ! Overall an excellent meal.

Lovely food and not as far out of the centre of Lille as thought.You will even pass it if you take the bus tour of the city. Free glass of champagne was an added bonus to a truely great meal.
