Le Metro, a warm and friendly welcome in a nice little discrete bar around the corner from Harrods. The fish and chips were delightful and the wine was very reasonably priced. One I would definately revist and recommend to friends.

Le Metro is behind Harrods in the centre of Knightsbride, yet tucked away from the bustle of the tourists. A small bistro with a lovely menu, it manages to be fairly reasonable in price although a 12.5 per cent service charge is automatically added to bills - this is optional but you will have to ask for it to be removed. It is gorgeously decorated and luxurious, and the food is excellent. The desserts are divine.The staff are attentive and friendly. We had lunch there and will go again.
