We had the Degestation Menu 99e. The Foie Gras was not the best, but EVERYTHING past that course, was the best. Wine pairings were perfect. Still 2007 and smoking was allowed, the only negative for the ambience.

Le Jardin des Cygnes was an exellent venue for a dinner. The room was a little quieter than we would have preferred but this is only the most minor of critisisms of what was a high class and highly enjoyable evening.

Visited Le Jardin des Cygnes for anniversary dinner with my wife. Very pleasant evening - service was attentive and polite without being intrusive. Food all perfectly cooked, and although my mushroom vol a vent was rather ho-hum, her cauliflower, walnut and parmesan salad was fab, steak was perfectly cooked, and beautiful glaze on my pigeon. Huge range of wines to choose from. Expensive, but ideal for a special occasion.

I can only say I was extermely disappointed all round. The welcome on arrival at the restaurant was not what I expect from somewhere charging these sort of prices (an abrupt "Name" was how we were greeted). The menu was imbalanced, the atmosphere in the dining room staid, the decor dated and the service poor (with a capital "P"). Our comments are based on comparison to personal experiences in restaurants of equivalent "standing" in London and Paris - I would not recommend it to anyone.

Le jardin des cygnes has a gorgeous interior. Service was very good and food lovely. Good to bear in mind that the 'average price' stated on Top Table is for a main course - the high price makes this a perfect destination for a special occasion, not your average meal out!

Very posh restaurant! Having said that, the staff were very friendly, accommodating and full of smiles. Food was nice, I wouldn't say spectacular but it was a good experience nevertheless.

The Le Jardin des Cygnes, wow what a lovely experience, a special evening was made that much better by the service that we received from the staff here. The presentation of the food was excellent accompanied by a delightful menu and excellent wine choice available. The food was sublime, i recoomend the scallops to start which were superbly cooked. If you are looking for a special evening where you are pampered with wonderful food and excellent service then this restaurant is perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at le Jardin de Cygnes. The started of Foie Gras was fantastic, and the main course of lamb was exquisitely tender. The cheese platter presented mid-way through had a selection of over fifteen different cheeses and the molten chocolate cake at the end was very rich. Only 2 setbacks - there was little for my vegetarian mother to choose from (which occurred in most restaurants in France) and the bill was £75/head - much more than I had anticipated.

The Jardin des Cygnes provides an elegant, classy dining experience in one of the best parts of Paris. The sliced fillets of beef were perfectly tender with a sauce to savour. I would also recommend the wild mushroom ravioli - the best I have tasted. The desserts were superbly presented and very rich. Service was polite and non-intrusive. This restaurant was not cheap but represents good value for a special occasion or for those who want to experience a fine dining experience.
